Buckeye Plumbing Money Saving Specials

Thank you for the fast response of the initial visit and the follow-up the very same week for the final installation of our 50 gallon gas hot water heater. Juan was very dedicated to complete the installation on-time and correctly up to code requirements. He explained all required details and thoroughly tested all components of our new hot water system. Jackie contacted me directly to explain the details of the assessed cost and understood our need to have this accomplished as we were without hot water. The office staff handled my calls professionally and followed-up with me promptly as scheduling changed. Again, Thank you all at Buckeye Plumbing!

Needed emergency repair service over the weekend when our garbage disposal started leaking and flooded the entire cabinet under the sink. The garbage disposal needed to be replaced asap. Called Buceye Plumbing for the first time. Was greeted very professionally by Jackie who reassured us that a technician was available and the problem would be resolved fast. The technician, Tony, arrived within 30 minutes. The Buceye Technician was was the best. very professional polite explained what he was doing kept work area clean fast pricing was very reasonable We would recommend Buceye Plumbing to any friend or family member in need. Our water heater stopped working late on a Friday. I called Buckeye Plumbing and they answered and helped me immediately. They were courteous, helpful and understanding. They sent Yoadny to our home on Saturday morning at the regular service price. Yoadny was so very nice, clean-cut, and knowledgeable. Everything was fixed and replaced and hot water restored! So, I called about 5 different major plumbing outfits given to me by the county to have a gas line moved over 4 feet at my house. Not a huge job at all. Same wall, different location. 3 companies told me it was too small of a job, and after about a week the other 2 companies got back to me with an astronomical quote each at over $2000. After some searching and inquiries some people told me to call Buckeye. So glad I did! They were very backed up but were able to get me a quick quote (Less than a quarter of the original price) and they had Bill out here the following Tuesday (called on a Friday). He worked diligently and professionally to get the pipe moved over and got the job done with no additional hidden costs. We were able to finally finish the install of our lower cabinets. They were a pleasure to work with starting with the office staff through the Service provider. We will certainly be using them again for any future needs.

Recently, our backflow began to leak. When I called the backflow department at Buckeye, I spoke with Connie. She was awesome and was able to get me a specialized backflow plumbing technician within hours of my call. Roscoe arrived at my home and made the recommendation that the unit needed to be rebuilt, showing me the worn out parts. This is a company that I trust 100%. Their employees have integrity. 2nd time Andrew working for me and he knocked it out of the park again! This time not my house my daughter and her Mom need a new sink and the dishwasher clogged. Andrew shows up and smooth and easy out sink out, re-pipe for new sink makes the connections, checks for leaks all good. The ladies of the house are estatic. Looks at the dishwasher, in 5 seconds he see its the filter, gives them instructions on how to remove it, clean it and keep it that way! Buckeye Plumbing and Andrew are professional, reliable, and reasonable. Very rare to find now a days. I already have another job for my house and requested an appt. for Friday!

Buckeye called to confirm the appointment and then when they could come earlier, they called to request an earlier arrival time. The girls who answered the phones were very polite and took their time listening to my problem and scheduling my appointment . Andrew, my tech was great! He took the time to review the problem and explain exactly what he would do to solve it. When I asked about adding the valves he again explained the whole process. He was very polite and respectful of myself and my home. I will DEFINITELY recommend and call again with any issues. One very happy customer!

Bathtub wouldn't drain, then the toilet. Called these guys (haven't called them since 2011). They came in 3 hours, took care of the problem - took a while. Charged $125.00 and was gone. Nice guy, no issues. cleaned up. Great service call. Thank you!

This was my second appointment with Buckeye Plumbing and I could not be more pleased than I already was from my first visit with them. Jack the technician is who I use and he is very knowledgable about ALL aspects when it comes to plumbing problems. I have also used two other technicians, Andrew and Wesley who are also trained well. Jack has been here on more than one issue and he did an excellent job on both occasions! Bill was our technician that day (Nov.22). He had come before and my Moen faucet was not working properly. He informed me that there was a lifetime warranty and told me how to order one. (I wouldn't have known so he saved me a lot of $$.). The faucet came in a few days and he installed it. It is working great and I love it. I have used Buckeye for years and have had great service. I have recommended it to several people as well. My sister used them recently too.
